Sphingolipidomics is the quantitative and qualitative measurement of the entire sphingolipid content of a sample. We have isolated the sphingolipid species from Arabidopsis and constructed HPLC-MS/MS methods for the rapid determination of sphingolipid species from Arabidopsis samples.
